Thank you for being an important customer to Emerson. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to supply your Kunkle equipment. This memo is to inform you of an upcoming price adjustment. Effective September 1st, 2024, Emerson will implement a price increase adjustment on products and parts across the Kunkle portfolio. These price adjustments are necessary due to continued cost increases related to raw materials, labor inflation, and supply chain risk mitigation.
Please note that we continue to see inflationary pressure that impact large segments of our transformed materials, intermediate manufactured goods, and transportation segments of our bsuinesses. We are continuing internal cost containment and productivity programs to upport our investments that strengthen our in-region support capability, digital connectivity, new product development, and emerging ESG initiatives around decarbonization, emissions reduction, and energy efficiency.
Your complete satisfaction with our quality, product reliability, responsiveness, technical support, and application expertise remains among our top priorities.
Within the upcoming weeks, we will have the updated Kunkle Global price lists distributed for products and parts, adjusted by a weighted average of approximately 4.5%. The price increases by product groups will reflect the weighted average price increase and may vary by a specific product.
As we have communicated with previous increases, we will not accept orders with staggered ship dates. Orders being placed will be delivered based on our factory delivery schedule.
